Big week #1 win for Al-Andalus over Mecca. 5 players scoring 10+ points, they got contributions from all over. Missing 2 players still, a strong first outing puts them in the top spot after the inaugural week. Putting up 62 points in a smooth victory, they have yet to show a chink in their armor. |

Tough loss this week to #1 placed Al-Andalus, but missing 3 players definitely hindered their performance today. Down the stretch, it was clear they needed a little extra juice to finish the job. Behind leading scorer Waqas Ahmads 20 points, they put up an impressive 52 in week #1. They’ll benefit largely from a full team and some shooters who they were missing today. |

The closer of the 2 games this week, Medina juuuust slid past Islamabad by a margin of only 2 points. However it wasn't pretty. Big contribution from Saad Khurshid this week, who put up over 61% of the teams points (NY Melo style) this week. The team needs to find some continuity and scoring options, fast, in this short season. |

The sad part of being in last on a power ranking is, you don’t get a high draft pick, just a low ranking. They started slow, finished slow, they were seriously lacking a reliable scoring option in this one. Just 17% from the field is the worst of any team this week. A game next week against #1 ranked Al-Andalus is a good opportunity to shoot up the rankings, or stay in last, the power lies in their own hands. |
