As Salamu Alaikum, As we approach the conclusion of our 9th season of Muslim Basketball, we would like to share some exciting changes for the future! Being that the blessed month of Ramadan is now during the summer, we will be adjusting our league scheduling from a summer / winter format to a spring / fall. Not only will this allow us to space out our leagues, but it will also help us avoid some difficult weather as was experienced this past winter. InshaAllah, 2011 will be our first season of MB Fallball! The season will be held at Metuchen SportsPlex at 215 Durham Avenue, Metuchen NJ 08840. Games will be played on Sundays 10 AM - 2 PM from September 18th to December 18th 2011. InshaAllah, MB Fallball will take Muslim Basketball to new heights and expand the level of competition. We will be offering 2 divisions, Division 1 and Division 2. Both of these leagues will cater to those who enjoy competing in the game of basketball, but the competition level will vary. Space is still available for Division 2. Registration for D2 will remain open for the next few weeks into Ramadan, but don't delay to secure your spot! |
