D1 about to tip off, after zuhr.

Another great matchup, the veterans Kabul vs Baghdad with several rookies.

Baghdad gets the tip. They are here after their CRAZZZY finish yesterday.
Babury 4 early points, Tariq 3 and Weiss layup and they're up 9-0 early.
Xavier with a great cross and finish, 9-2.
Afay gets blocked by Xavier but doesn't quit on the play, gets the ball back and sweet no-look passes it for an easy finish.
Afay with a couple good finishes in traffic, his trademark.
Another couple good xavier finishes followed by a Farhad 3 and layup makes it 10-19, 11 min left.
Matching buckets and some Xavier ft's and it's 21-14 Kabul with 10 min left in the half.

Farhad gets a 3 pt play, and they get another transition bucket on top of it, 31-14.

Baghdad puts in their defensive roster, 31-40 to start the last 20 minutes of the season.
Tariq with a LONG distance 3 and Xavier matches.
Kabul bucket and stedford ft's, 36-45 16 min left.
Baghdad 2 and another Tariq 3 makes it 38-48 13 min left.
