D1 (Wednesday October 23)

3 Bukhara vs 6 Mecca
Bukhara started the season with 2 loses and finished with all wins. They look to extend their hot streak verse a struggling 0-6 Mecca. Don't count Mecca out yet. They had a miracle run last season in the playoffs. If Mecca can contain Almin, and they play smart ball, they can squeeze out the upset.

4 Delhi vs 5 Cairo
Delhi lacks a bench with literally 5 guys each game but the 5 they have can ball. Aaron is one of the best guards this league has seen and he never gives up. Cairo has a talented array of players and I'm confused how they keep on losing. They have the height, the speed, the shooting, and they still find themselves in trouble every game. I think this will be a good game for Cairo to fix whatever they need to fix and move into the Final 4.

D2 (Thursday October 24)

7 Jerusalem vs 10 Istanbul
Jerusalem got hot at the end of the season and finished with 2 straight W's. Istanbul is a young and fast team but still need some more years under their belt. This game is a battle of the Old vs Young. Istanbul will need to outrebound Jerusalem and not give them second chance points.

8 Palermo vs 9 Sana'a
Palermo is a big team and they know how to hustle. They make big comebacks only to lose at the end. Sana'a forgot how to play defense but they have been playing better. Let's see if the Sana'a lock down D playoff team comes back to life. If it does, they will win. If it doesn't, look for Palermo to advance.

D3 (Wednesday October 23)

3 Mombasa vs 6 Dhaka
Mombasa has a hot streak going, and Dhaka a cold streak. Jahanzaib, Raza, and Weiss are probably too much offense for Dhaka to cover. Dhaka has no players averaging double digits in scoring.

4 Suba vs 5 Amman
Amman has a great player in Salman but they will need the rest of the team to step up offensively. Suba will rely on Fuad's rebounding. Should be a close game like when they first met in Week 1.
