Week 4 2-2 11

Had a big lead against Amman but lost in Overtime. Anwar and Waqas had good games finishing with 9&9 and 14&11 respectively. But they’re going to have to have great games in the playoffs. When those two get going it is extremely hard to stop this team. They play Suba in the first round next week who they were able to handle easily last time. If they’re offense is as hot as it was last time around they should be able to get the job done.

Week 3 2-1 8

Back to back 70 point games, this team’s offense has been insane lately. Waqas Ahmad had a monster game finishing with 21 & 18and Anwar Ahmad added along 20 & 6. With these guys leading the team this way this team can go very far in the playoffs. Although their last two opponents are at the bottom of the league you can’t take away from the amazing offense they’ve been showing lately.

Week 2 1-1 9

Nice bounce back win and a great offensive performance led by Anwar Ahmad’s BIG 21&14 game. They’re headed back in the right direction and look to make it two wins in a row against a Kashgar squad that was obliterated this week.

Week 1 0-1 11

Another close matchup from week1 but Delhi couldn’t get the job done against a young Dhaka squad. Not a bad shooting day with 3 players in double figures but in the end the younger squad was able to get the better of them. Next week’s matchup against Suba is definitely a better fit for them and look for this team to get back to their winning ways if their offense keeps it up.

Preseason 0-0 6

The Cinderella run for this team fell just short in the championship game against Beirut. They lost Alphonse Baja in the offseason but the addition of Anwar and Waqas Ahmad gives this team more size and scoring abilities that they didn’t have enough of last season. Another trip to the finals doesn’t seem to likely this season with 15 other teams in the mix, but look for this team to have a great season.
