Week 10 3-7 21

They are going into the playoffs coming off a win, which is a positive. Their entire team showed up to play Mecca and it resulted in a W. Now for the negative. They have a matchup against Kazan round 1, who demolished them by 43 points earlier in the season. They are dead last in the league in points per game, and they’re going to need every single one this Saturday.

Week 9 2-7 22

Can you imagine a Lagos game with Kyseem? It is essentially a guaranteed loss. Hosam is a capable scorer, and Omar A. scored his career high with 15, but it wasn’t enough as they were still blown out by 38.

Week 8 2-6 22

It is nice to see someone else in double digits other than Kyseem and Hosam. Believe it or not, this is the first time Lagos had 3 players score double digits all season. They still lost, but you have to think of something positive in these situations.

Week 7 2-5 20

Lagos was coming off a really big win last game, but they could not repeat the results. Kyseem once again was forced to try and do it on his own. Without Hosam there, Kyseem is always left by himself. Someone needs to step up. Kyseem really needs to consider joining another team if he wants to win.

Week 6 2-4 20

Lagos wins by 31! I repeat, Lagos wins by 31! As a sports fan, you always want to root for the underdog, so it is exciting to see this kind of victory. As I stated previous weeks, if Lagos wants to win tough games, which they are 100% capable of doing, they need everyone to show up. It looks as if they had their whole squad there, and they were able to upset Granada. Kyseem was on fire, scoring 29 points while grabbing 5 boards and getting 6 assists. Hopefully they can keep it going against Bukhara.

Week 5 1-4 25

Kyseem vs. Kazan. The team shot 1-16 from 3 (6.3%). Like I said the week prior, the only way Lagos has a chance of winning is if both Kyseem and Hosam are both present. Even then, it isn’t likely.

Week 4 1-3 25

It’s tough for Lagos to win with 5 guys, and they were forced to play with 4 until Michael showed up. Kyseem and Hosam both have to be present for this team to have a shot at winning.

Week 3 1-2 24

This is the Kyseem we all know. Someone who is going to light it up from all over the floor and still lose because he has nobody else helping him. Get. This. Man. Some. Help.

Week 2 1-1 23

No real standout performance, and a poor shooting effort from the entire team. I only see one more winnable game this season, and that’s the last game of the season. They might be in for a tough 3 months.

Week 1 1-0 21

32 total points isn’t pretty, but a W is a W. I didn’t see this game, but did Kyseem get injured? Show up late? Is this a stat error? Lagos normal go-to man was 0-1 with 0 points. Is Yazzed the new face of Lagos?

Preseason 0-0 17

Kyseem and Hosam are back, and this time captain Omar has added some much needed new talent.
