Back in the win column for Mahdy and the squad!! Looks like they didn’t need Jays coaching as he’s on vacay this week, and they didn’t miss a step. Mahdy with a great game yet again, and some contributions from all the other team members which is what we’ve come to expect from the selfless team that’s been put together. Great team, and another one to beat.

Back to back Ls for Jay and Co. Another difficult matchup for them this week as once again they didn’t have a true second option, and for them to get back into the win column, they just have someone be that consistent 2, because Mahdy is continuing to do his thing on offense, scoring an efficient 27. To see them back in the win column I’d like to see another option emerge on offense to relieve Mahdy of some of his duties.

Squad was down some important pieces this week, so I can’t drop them too far. Still elite offensively, and just lost to a really good opponent in my eyes. This game showed some of Gaza's flaws however, and they need a consistent second option to take pressure off of Mahdy when he’s not scoring 30 a game.

80+ points on the #1 defense in the league!! Gaza continues to look like a force and the team to beat so far this season, with captain Jay seemingly boosting everyone’s attributes through his coaching, everyone is contributing to the Ws, shoutout to Mustafa Brown this week hooping. Mahdy continues to do his thing and is making a strong case to run away with MVP if he continues the path he’s on now. If they can continue to get contributions from everyone not named Mahdy it’ll be really tough to get this team out the way.

Can’t move them down much at all as they’ve won yet another game, Mahdy is looking like the MVP of the league right now playing out of his mind, 3 straight games of 30+ points and doing it efficiently might I add. Coach Jay has the team bought in on what the game plan is every week, and it’s clearly working as they’re getting contributions from pretty much everyone, no matter how big or small. I would like to see this team lock in a bit more on the defensive end as this is where I feel they can improve, and really become unstoppable.

Survived a scare, but still undefeated. Winning close games is a mark of maturity, and Gaza continues to prove they can handle the call, coming back from down 16 to win against a sleeper team is very impressive and this team’s balance keeps them at the top—for now. Mahdy for MVP thus far, he’s leading this team in pretty much every category while being the focal point for defenses on a weekly basis. Not an easy thing to do!

Back-to-back strong performances. Jihad M’s team is playing like a cohesive, balanced unit. Four players in double digits last week, and another solid win this week cements them as the team to beat. Mohammad Mustafa has emerged as a very reliable scoring option for them.

This was a great performance all around from Jihad Ms team, with four players in double digits. All around played great and played seemingly like a team with some good chemistry for the first game of the season, excited to see where they go from here.
