Week 8 5-3 6

I think Shafs team has shown that they’re pretty much the best offensive team in the league, all the starters were in double digits, and with an elite PG at the helm, they’re looking strong moving into the playoffs. Great team game from them and looking for a top 5 seed moving into next week.

Week 7 4-3 6

86 points yesterday, wow. Shafic continues to show his floor IQ and continues to command the offense, while everyone is contributing for them offensively. A bit undersized, however, they make up for it in talent across the board. Deep team, and wouldn’t be surprised if they win out and make a deep playoff run.

Week 6 3-3 7

A good team win against a team with some great backcourt play. Sal and Ali both did their thing with 15+ each on good efficiency, and cap Shaf with 11 assists showing off the IQ. Good game all around from the squad and continuing to build momentum and chemistry. Very balanced win this week showing the teams depth.

Week 5 2-3 8

Another team in an identity crisis. Far too much talent to be struggling and below .500 but they went up against a hot Rafah team. I sound like a broken record but Shafic needs to continue being the engine that runs this team and I'd like to see 5-6 more shot attempts from him.

Week 4 2-2 5

Another solid team win with baba shaf back in the PG spot. Good win against a team who made a questionable trade prior to this week, did what they were supposed to do this week in my opinion. It was a closer game than I thought it would be; however, I definitely feel Shaf could’ve been more aggressive this game. However, I understand he wants to get everybody going on a weekly basis. Sal has been playing amazing and is looking like the second option on this team as well, 6 3s!! Good win this week and an interesting matchup next week against Rafah.

Week 3 1-2 6

Tough loss, but I can’t drop them much at all. They put up a strong fight against one of the hottest teams in the league. All without their number 1 option in Shaf Boyardee. The talent is there, and the offense is clicking. Just need a bit more on the defensive end to start closing out these games. Special shoutout to Marachli and Sameh, both hooping out of their minds on this team, if they continue to play like this Nazareth is going to be tough to stop.

Week 2 1-1 5

Strong hoop heaven debut moves them into the top five. These five are playing like they’ve been together for years, whether it’s Shafic playing like a true PG or being aggressive on offense, this team has the talent and scoring to keep up with anyone in the league on any given night.
